Volunteer Orientation and PTC General Meeting

If you have questions, we have answers! Come to our Hiteon PTC Volunteer Orientation on September 19, 2023. We offer 2 sessions, so come to a session that works with your schedule. We will discuss the Beaverton School District volunteer policies, the events and committees that the PTC organizes, how to navigate the volunteer shifts on Better Impact, and so much more! Come to whichever session works with your schedule and bring your questions!

First session: September 19, 2023 at 8:30 AM

Second session: September 19, 2023 at 6:30 PM

Our first PTC General Meeting is on September 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM. Meeting topics will be voting in board members, approving the 2023-2024 Budget, and discussing upcoming events along with a school report from our principals. We hope you will join us in person or on Zoom!

September 13, 2023 from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Hiteon Elementary

Volunteering for the Beaverton School District and Hiteon Elementary School

Not registered to volunteer just yet? All volunteers need to first complete an application and background check to create a profile in the system. Once a profile is created, volunteers will be able to update personal information, view and sign-up for open volunteer needs, and communicate directly with the school Volunteer Coordinator.   1. Once you have received a confirmation email after your background check is complete and your profile is matched with the school(s) that you selected, you can start to volunteer!
  2. Through your myimpactpage.com volunteer profile, you’ll be able to sign up for activities, record hours and email the school’s Volunteer Coordinator.
