Hiteon Fun Run is looking for a few more sponsors for our event on May 12th. If you are a business owner who is interested in reaching our community, please contact our Fun Run Committee at HiteonFunRun@HiteonPTC.org today. All of our sponsors must be set by April 15 so that we can get t-shirts for our kids printed. Here are all the details:

The Hiteon Fun Run is back and in person on Thursday, May 12!  Hiteon PTC invites you to join our Fun Run as an event sponsor. Hiteon Elementary PTC works in cooperation with the teachers and staff to supplement the education mandated by the Beaverton School Board. Through the fundraising efforts of the Hiteon community, primarily through the annual Spring Fun Run, we are able to provide funding and support for programs such as Science Fair, Art Literacy, and Math Labs, as well as community building activities like Bingo Night, Hiteon Family Dance, and Field Day. Hiteon PTC also contributes to new technology, school assemblies and much more. The Hiteon community serves over 500 students with more than 10,000 volunteer hours in a normal school year.  

The Hiteon Fun Run provides an opportunity to promote your company and support the teachers and students of Hiteon Elementary. This year we are only accepting 15 corporate sponsors, and with your generous donation of $350.00, we will show your company’s community support in the following ways:

    • Your company logo on our 2022 Fun Run t-shirts, worn by over 500 students and faculty on the day of the Hiteon Fun Run and throughout the year.
    • Your company logo on our large thank you banner, hung over the school entrance.
    • Your company name and logo on our website as a Hiteon Elementary Corporate Sponsor.
    • Your company logo on our monthly e-newsletters distributed to over 1,000 email addresses.
    • The opportunity to promote your company in a 200 word advertisement in our April, May or June Hiteon PTC Newsletter.
    • At least 3 Facebook promotion “shout-outs” throughout the Spring of 2022 with links to your website and/or Facebook page.
    • The option of setting up a sponsor table and/or having marketing materials at the event on Thursday, May 12th. We have many parents and volunteers who attend our event. 
    • A sponsorship plaque to hang in your business establishment.
