Hiteon PTC's Spooktacular TRUNK or TREAT Returns!

Mark your calendars for October 20, 2023, as we invite you to join us from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM for a spooktacular evening of family fun at our FREE PTC event! Dress up in your most creative costumes (yes, adults too!), and get ready for a ghoulishly good time. Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.

But before we start distributing candy (BOOOO), we could use a little help (YAAY!). We’re on the hunt for LOTS AND LOTS OF CANDY, enthusiastic trunk hosts, and extra helping hands to assist with event preparations.

CANDY DONATIONS

After a year of hibernation, the Candy Monster has awakened! You can feed the Candy Monster by dropping off delicious candy during morning drop-offs.

VOLUNTEERING

HEY FOURTH GRADE FAMILIES! It’s your turn to shine! Help us with 👏this 👏specific 👏event! Help by emptying out the Candy Monster to make room for more candy by storing it in the PTC room. Do you want to get your steps in? Join us in setting up the event, replenishing candy bowls, and assisting with post-event cleanup. Click on the “MyImpact Page” to sign up for shifts.

Not registered to volunteer just yet? All volunteers need to first complete an application and background check to create a profile in the system. Once a profile is created, volunteers will be able to update personal information, view and sign-up for open volunteer needs, and communicate directly with the school Volunteer Coordinator. Click on the “BSD Volunteer Page” to start your volunteer application and background check with the Beaverton School District.
